After a strange, unseen force envelops the town for several hours one fall day, all of the local women become pregnant – a shocking development for most of them. 10 children are born, nine of whom survive. With white hair and cobalt eyes, their stark and unusual resemblance makes it appear that the brood are all siblings of the same parents. 28-08 Cinema Obscura open air - Village of the Damned

Cinema Obscura : Village of the damned

 are discussion and embroidery sessions to discuss social and women related matter while creating a collective meditative work. Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. But embroidery is also a meditative practice that can carry political meaning.

For this last session before the summer break, we are hosting the evening without a specific topic, we'll follow the thread you feel inspired by.

We have the material for embroidery, coffee and tea. Donations are welcome.
