Plug and Play: a space for flinta sound creators

Plug and Play is a safe space where flinta sound creators can connect and create. If you’re a DJ, producer, or musician looking for a community where you can share your music and meet other creators, you’re welcome here!

Whether you’re just starting out behind the decks or looking for feedback or inspiration from your peers, networking, creativity, and mutual support are at the heart of this multi-phase event.

The initiative is a collaboration between The FemDem, Sickhouse and Femxle Frontier, dedicated to strengthening the position of flinta makers (women, non-binary, trans, and genderqueer individuals).

You can expect:

• Open decks: a chilled-out space for (emerging) DJs to spin, experiment and exchange music.
• Listening sessions: get your tracks out of the studio and let them breathe on a real sound system. We’ll plug in your USB and listen to your work together. Whether it’s a polished production or a raw 30-second loop; all genres and levels are welcome. No judgment, just support.
• Show & Tell: get inspired by a flinta professional from the industry who will share insights about their work and experiences in the music world.
