Stitching to Resist are discussion and embroidery sessions to discuss social and womxn related matter while creating a collective meditative work. Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. But embroidery is also a meditative practice that can carry political meaning.
On this new session we welcome Patyt Reyes to lead a discussion about the participation of womxn in the environmental movement.
We provide tea, coffee, cookies and the material, your donations are welcome.
